No. 92610/32 of the 15th March,/933, 27th March, 1933,
and previous correspondence
regarding the case of Nguyen Ai
Quoc, and to transmit to you to
be laid before the Secretary of the Secretary of
State for Foreign Affairs State for the Home Department
the accompanying copy of a
despatch from the Governor of Hong
Kong suggesting that the Hong
Kong Deportation Ordinance, 1917,
should be amended so that cases
of this nature could be dealt with
more effectively.
